From Bentley Mulsanne will make coupe and cabriolet

Company Bentley plans to develop replacement of compartment Brooklands and to cabriolet Azure which successors will be constructed with use of units of the new flagman sedan Mulsanne for the first time presented on the international motor show in Frankfurt.

Features of sedan Bentley Mulsanne

Sedan Bentley Mulsanne is equipped by the eight-cylinder petrol engine with a double turbo-supercharging and an eight-step automatic transmission. The motor volume makes 6,75 litres, power — 505HP, and the maximum twisting moment is equal 1020Nm. It is expected, that the same power-plant will be offered and for new coupe and a cabriolet, constructed on the basis of this model.

Coupe and cabriolet Mulsanne

Exact terms of occurrence of novelties are not known yet, however, under the assumption of edition Auto Express, coupe and cabriolet Mulsanne can appear approximately in 2011 or 2012. It is supposed, that also as well as a sedan these models begin to be made manually. As it was informed earlier, for manufacture of one Mulsanne it is spent nine weeks.
